a) Diaper structure:
b) Including fluff core wrapped by tissue paper supplying units,
SAP supplying devices, waistband, ADL, leak cuff, leg guard,
frontal tape, side tape and bottom film supply devices.
2. One set High Speed Crusher: Saw blade head adopts hard alloy
material, can crush all kinds of fluff pulp 450kgs/hour.
3. Fluff core adopts direct feeding unit, wrapped by tissue paper.
4. Mitsubishi PLC +touching screen + frequency control system
5. Two sets US made FIFE web guider use for ADL sheet and waistband
unit.
6. Machine has mechanical unwinding and tension controlling for raw
materials. Raw materials have spare materials feeding shafts
excluding frontal tap, side tape and elastic ribbon, convenient
changing materials, reduce shut-down times.
7. SAP adding amount controlled by non-step regulator.
8. Machine adopts frequency converter controlling. Conveying part
adopts synchronous belt and gear box combined together.
9. Except glue, elastic ribbon and fluff pulp, all the other raw
materials have auto checking when any of the raw materials lacking
or breaking off, the machine can be shut off automatically at the
shortest time to decrease the defective.
10. Machine can be controlled remotely, timely monitoring machine
working programs, and can remote maintenance and solve programs
problem
Demands that factory-set-up should meet
1. Without vibration, clean and clear environment, good
ventilation, no flammable and explosive and corrosive substances
around.
2. Flat concrete ground, concrete number should be at least 300#;
ground level difference should be within 15-25mm, so that machine
adjustment is more convenient.
3. Ground should have enough bearing capacity. Concrete ground
thickness is no less than 200mm. If machine is put on the 2nd
floor, concrete floor average bearing capacity is at least
3.5tons/sm. machine is put no more than on the 2nd floor.
4. To keep at least 1 meter distance between the back side of
machine (including attached equipment) and the walls.
5. To prevent the accident due to the uneven ground.
6. The inside temperature in the factory is no less than 12-15ºC.
